Please find below our full terms and conditions. By completing and signing the registration form to enrol yourself or your child with the dance studio, you are hereby agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed below.
Anyone currently enrolled with the studio who has not signed our new registration form is also bound to these terms and conditions by their continuing to attend classes or lessons. As a matter of courtesy please advise if yourself or your child takes additional dance classes. Dance2inspire is not liable for any injury related to dance if classes are taken elsewhere.
• All teachers are qualified, DBS checked and insured. However, due to the nature of teaching
dance, sometimes it is necessary to correct positions physically. This is always conducted with care and professionalism.
• The safeguarding of children is of paramount importance. If parents are not present, then Dance2inspire staff will be the responsible adults. At studio or shows professional external licenced chaperones may be employed and, jointly with Dance2inspire staff, will take responsibility for the welfare of the children.
No child will be allowed to leave any premises unless a parent is there to collect them UNLESS the staff have been informed that alternative arrangements are in place, ie a child can walk home alone. If any parent has a concern regarding safeguarding then please inform the staff immediately so that it can be rectified.
• Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be announced on the website.
Dance2inspire do not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from errors or omissions on the registration form whether completed by you or the person in charge of your child at the time of enrolment.
Dance2inspire do not accept liability for personal injury to anyone attending class.
Dance2inspire do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
Dance2inspire do not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond our control.
Dance2inspire is only responsible for Students while they are in their class. Children cannot be supervised whilst they are outside class. Young children must be collected promptly at the end of their class or lesson.
The school does not discriminate on background, race or religion, regularly monitors staff to maintain school teaching policies and adheres to Health and Safety procedures to ensure that each student dances in a class appropriate to their level of development.
For our students’ best interest, we would appreciate prior permission must be sought from any pupil wishing to participate in any external vocational classes, amateur or professional productions and festivals and competitions.
Dance2inspire holds Public Liability Insurance.
Photos and Social Media
Registering with Dance2inspire you automatically agree to you or your child being photographed and /or videoed during class and events these can be used for marketing purposes including social media advertising. If you do not want you or your child photographed or videoed place advise us when you register.
Guidelines for taking part in dance or exercise classes
It is widely known that exercise is good for you and whilst our instructors are fully qualified and trained in the subject that they teach, we strongly recommend that you check with your doctor/specialist before starting any exercise programme particularly if you have any pre- existing health conditions such as
Arthritis or joint problems Diabetes
Epilepsy
High/Low Blood pressure Pregnancy
Headaches, Dizzy Spells or Fainting
Heart problems or chest pains
Lung or respiratory problems
Any other conditions that may be affected by exercise
If before or during your dance/exercise session you have any concerns about the nature of the class or require an alternative exercise to suit your health needs, please speak to the instructor immediately. In the case of Under 18’s a parent or guardian must undertake this responsibility to check with their doctor/specialist prior to starting any form of exercise should they have health concerns.
Responsibilities of parent or guardian
• These terms and conditions, and any enrolment forms you have signed, constitute an agreement between you and us in connection to classes or any services superseding any prior agreement.
• Attendance at class is deemed to be acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.
• It is the responsibility of the Parent or Guardian to notify Dance2inspire of any illness
or injury that may affect the child’s participation at class or lesson.
• It is the responsibility of the Parent or Guardian to ensure that we have the correct details for you and your child and keep us updated of any changes to health.
• It is the responsibility of the Parent or Guardian to regularly read the website/facebook information in order to be fully aware of all upcoming events.
• In the event that we consider you to be in breach of these terms & conditions or that your child is disruptive to other pupils or staff, teachers or venue staff, we reserve the right to exclude your child from any activity within the studio.
• Where there is a dispute, if the Parent or Guardian cannot provide proof of payment, they must accept Dance2inspire’s records.

Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement states by using any service carried out by Dance2inspire, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a “Visitor” or you are a “Member” (which means that you have registered on this website). If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you should not purchase any service provided by Dance2inspire. This agreement may be updated at discretion of Dance2inspire and such modification shall be effective upon its posting. You agree to be bound by any modification to this Agreement when purchasing any session/subscription via this website for the duration of subscription.
Health Disclaimer
The following applies to pre-recorded videos; When practicing from home, you accept full responsibility for your space and the health and safety precautions within this space. You acknowledge that Dance2inspire accepts no responsibility for any potential injuries as a result of practice outside studio space. Dance2inspire is not responsible for any injuries you may experience as a result of your use of any material found on the company website or social media.
Minors
All minors using pre-recorded content must be supervised by a guardian over the age of 18. Dance2inspire takes no responsibility for minors participating without guardian supervision
Infringement Policy
Dance2inspire reserves the right in its sole discretion to immediately suspend and/or terminate access to the Service or the Website by any user who is alleged to have infringed on the intellectual property rights of Dance2inspire or of a third party, or otherwise violated any intellectual property laws or regulations. Dance2inspire’s policy is to investigate any allegations of copyright infringement brought to its attention. If you have evidence, know, or have a good faith belief that your rights or the rights of a third party have been violated and you want Dance2inspire to delete, edit, or disable the material in question, you must provide Dance2inspire with all of the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringed or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Dance2inspire to locate the material; (d) information reasonably sufficient to permit Dance2inspire to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted; (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. For this notification to be effective, you must provide it to Dance2inspire by e-mail with a return receipt acknowledgement
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for so long as it is posted on any of the Website. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Website. If you cancel your membership before the end of the applicable billing cycle, your account will be cancelled as of the following month. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period. Dance2inspire reserves the right to terminate your account or your access to the Website immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if Dance2inspire believes that you have breached any of the terms of this Agreement, furnished Dance2inspire with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the Website or the Service by others. When you close or de-activate your account or if your account is otherwise terminated, we have the right, but not the obligation, to store your personal information, settings. Unless we have exercised our right to terminate your account, you can re-activate your account at any time by contacting us.
Membership
No Sharing. Members of Dance2inspire may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. Excessive viewings or logins by any Member will be construed by Dance2inspire as fraudulent use of the Website, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When becoming a Member, you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.
Fraudulent Use. Dance2inspire reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at its own discretion.
Billing. Memberships are billed monthly. All memberships are renewed automatically until cancelled. If membership is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, Dance2inspire will not reimburse the Member for the remainder of any paid month, nor will reimbursements be made for membership cancellations prior to any monthly renewal date. Members may cancel their membership at any time. Membership must be cancelled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges. Pricing. When you purchase a membership subscription, you will initially be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe. If Dance2inspire later increases the price of the subscription, Dance2inspire will notify you. The increase will apply to the next payment due from you after the notice, provided that you have been given at least 10 days’ prior notice before the charge is made. If you are given less than 10 days’ prior notice, the price increase will not apply until the payment after the next payment due.
Cancellation Policy
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current billing period. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us. Upon such cancellation, you will still be entitled to access the subscription services on the Platform for the remainder of the duration that you have paid for.
Your consent
By using our Website, you consent to the collection and use of information by Dance2inspire as set forth in this Policy. If we decide to change our Policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what limited circumstances we disclose it. Continued access or use of the Website shall constitute your express acceptance of any modifications to this Policy
