These sessions are purely for competitive dancers in order to build up stamina and fitness to prepare for competitions. These involve various exercises, challenges and final practice.
Weekly practice sessions are a great way for dancers to practice in a fun and friendly environment.
We run 2 practice sessions a week one on a Tuesday specifically for under 16’s and Thursday for everyone.
We play ballroom music followed by a 5 dance final, then Latin music followed by a 5 dance final. Whether you are a beginner or a competitor come along and dance.
